What to Expect at Your Appointment
In order to ensure you are entering a safe environment, we have put several procedures in place.
Firstly, when booking your appointment, we will ask you to confirm you and all members of your household are free of COVID-19 symptoms and not in isolation. We will then confirm your appointment by email.
When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you call the showroom to announce your arrival. Your designer will then open the door for you and close/lock it behind you.
Gloves, face masks and hand sanitiser will be provided should you wish to use them.
Sadly, we will not be able to offer you tea and coffee, however bottled water will be available, along with individually packaged biscuits.
Your designer will accompany you whilst you browse the showroom, during which time you are welcome to look around as normal. Your designer will note all items touched, which will then be cleaned on your departure, prior to the next appointment.
In each design booth, hazard tape will demarcate the 2m safe distance between you and your designer. Our computer screens are on flexible arms, allowing you to view your design from a safe distance.
Any items that need to be handed between parties (such as a card machine) will be sanitised before and after use.
Should more than one member of staff be present in the showroom at any one time, they will adhere to the rules above plus standard social distancing rules, and will not enter the premises should they or their household experience any symptoms of COVID-19.
